October 3-4, 2026: The Linn County Democrats hosted a weekend-long joint canvass for our campaign and their endorsed candidate for Albany City Council, Ward 2, Stacey Bartholomew.
October 2, 2026: I had a great visit to the Central Electrical Training Center in Tangent that provides electrical apprenticeship and workforce training for IBEW Local 280 and NECA partners. I saw firsthand how registered apprenticeships are preparing the next generation of skilled workers.
September 17, 2026: I joined the Benton County Democrats this evening to bundle campaign literature for their locally endorsed candidates and chat about our campaign to flip House District 15.
September 13, 2026: I was grateful to attend Festival Latino in Albany and celebrate our Latino community's rich culture, traditions, and contributions.
September 11, 2026: I attended the Greater Albany Association of Classified Employees (GA-ACE) bargaining session to support the essential employees who keep our schools running.
September 11, 2026: Albany’s United Steelworkers Organization of Active Retirees (SOAR) welcomed me to their monthly meeting at USW Local 6163, where I shared my campaign and heard from members about what matters to them.
September 11, 2026: I had the honor of joining our community for a commemorative ceremony on the north steps of the Linn County Circuit Courthouse in Albany, marking the 25th anniversary of September 11, 2001.
September 8, 2026: I joined AFSCME Local 2909 for their bargaining day lunch to cheer them on in their fight for a fair contract.
August 29, 2026: Supporters, volunteers, friends, and community leaders packed the Barrel Room at 2 Towns Ciderhouse Tap Room for our Campaign Launch Party, where we celebrated everything we’ve built together and kicked off our final push to flip House District 15.
We were honored to be joined by State Senator Sara Gelser Blouin, State Representative Sarah Finger McDonald, Benton County Commissioner Gabe Shepherd, Corvallis Mayor Charles Maughan, and Albany City Councilors Dr. Ramycia McGhee and Michael Thomson. And we even had a surprise visit from Caesar the No Drama Llama — AKA Oregon’s Little Sebastian.
August 29, 2026: Our campaign joined Sara Duncan and Maria Hinojos Pressey, Working Families Party-endorsed candidates for Marion County Commissioner Positions 1 and 2, for a joint canvass in Marion County. Yes, House District 15 contains a small sliver of Marion County!
August 29, 2026: I had the honor of attending the Carpenters Local 541 Journey Graduation in Tangent, along with Rep. Lesly Munoz. I was proud to witness this achievement and celebrate the next generation of skilled craftsmen.
August 28, 2026: My family and I joined the OSU Research Forest for Forest Fridays, where we learned about forestry tools and tree science.
August 26, 2026: State Senator Sara Gelser Blouin and I joined Indivisible Benton County to share about our campaigns and take questions from members.
August 24, 2026: I joined Kathryn Weeks and Ben Verhoeven, owners of Peoria Gardens, to learn more about Oregon’s thriving nursery industry and the challenges it's facing.
August 20, 2026: Joined For All Families Oregon for their Rise and Lead Albany Community Listening Session at Periwinkle Child Development Center to discuss increasing access to affordable, high-quality childcare in House District 15 and across Oregon.
August 15, 2026: I attended the Oregon Working Families Party Building Power Dinner and Celebration to honor all the hardworking folks across this state who are putting in the work to build independent power for working people.
August 9, 2026: I flipped some burgers at the Linn County Democrats Cookout and Pie Auction.
August 8, 2026: Our campaign hosted our Canvass Kickoff and Pizza Party. Together, we knocked on over 850 doors in one day and collected an entire tote of donations for the Young Roots Oregon Family Haven Shelter Program.
August 1, 2026: I spoke at the Linn County Neighborhood Leader Program meeting.
August 1, 2026: I attended the Benton County Democrats Picnic and Pie Auction.
July 30th, 2026: I toured the Ironworkers Local 29 Training Center in Portland to learn about the skilled trades that keep Oregon strong.
July 28th, 2026: I attended the Greater Albany Association of Classified Employees (GA-ACE) bargaining session to support the essential employees who keep our schools running.
July 27th, 2026: I received the endorsement of Senator Sara Gelser Blouin, Oregon Senate District 8.

July 17, 2026: I was cross-nominated as the Independent candidate for House District 15 by the Independent Party of Oregon.
June 30th, 2026: I attended the SEIU 503 Higher Education bargaining rally to show my support for Oregon’s higher ed workers in their fight for a better contract. Check out my Instagram post for more.
June 28th, 2026: I attended Albany Pride to celebrate love, inclusion, and the vibrant diversity that makes our community so strong. Watch my video commemorating Pride Month here.
June 27th, 2026: I had the privilege of speaking at Dam Right Drag Night in Albany.
June 20th, 2026: I was honored to attend Benton County Democratic Central Committee's Progressive Legacy Dinner to celebrate outstanding local leaders who continue to make a difference in our communities. Check out my Facebook post to learn more about the honorees.
June 18th, 2026: I attended AG-PAC's Educational Services Association Legislative Tour to learn directly from Oregon’s farmers, producers, and agricultural leaders about the opportunities and challenges facing Oregon agriculture. For a full rundown of the tour, check out my Facebook post.
June 17th, 2026: I received the endorsement of Former Albany Mayor Sharon Konopa.
June 6th, 2026: I marched in the Lebanon Strawberry Festival Grand Parade. Check out my parade day video here.
May 30, 2026: I graduated from Emerge Oregon's Signature Training Program for Democratic women seeking elected office. Check out my Facebook post for more.
May 22, 2026: I visited Young Roots Oregon to learn about the incredible work this organization is doing to support young parents and their children in the local community.

April 23, 2026: I received the endorsement of the Greater Albany Public Schools Board Member Stephanie Lunceford.
April 15, 2026: I received the endorsement of Albany City Councilor Dr. Ramycia McGhee.
April 9, 2026: I received the endorsement of Albany City Councilor Chris Van Drimmelen.
March 11, 2026: I received the endorsement of Congresswoman Janelle Bynum of Oregon's 5th Congressional District.
March 11, 2026: I received the endorsement of Albany City Councilor Michael Thomson.

January 28, 2026: I officially filed my declaration of candidacy with the Oregon Secretary of State.
